Mr. Najafi assists inventors and businesses with acquiring and maintaining patent, trademark and copyright protection, as well as enforcing such intellectual property rights against third-party infringers.  He has over a decade of intellectual property legal experience which includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a wide variety of electronic, electrical and mechanical arts, conducting infringement and validity studies, negotiating licensing agreements and prosecuting trademark matters.


Prior to opening joining PCT Law Group, Mr. Najafi operated his own firm for nine years, and was an associate at an intellectual property law firm which handled similar cases and is ranked as one of the top 100 intellectual property firms in the United States.  Before attending law school, Mr. Najafi worked as an engineer for a Fortune 500® company in Tampa, FL, where he acquired a working knowledge of technical matters that allows him to easily communicate with engineering clients.


Mr. Najafi is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, The Florida Bar and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
