Mr. DuBovis focuses his practice primarily on corporate formation, governance and litigation, as well as facets of entertainment law such as copyrights and trademarks.
Mr. DuBovis works closely with Jacksonville’s entertainment industry, representing various musicians, groups, promoters and venues. Prior to joining PCT Law, Mr. DuBovis had established his own solo practice where his working knowledge of the Russian language and strong relationships with leaders in Jacksonville’s entertainment industry allowed him to build a successful practice in a relatively short period of time.
Additionally, Mr. DuBovis was the Chief Law Clerk and a Certified Legal Intern at the North Florida Center for Equal Justice in Tallahassee, Florida. He also interned in the Appellate Division of the Office of the Public Defender for the Second Judicial Circuit in Florida. While at the Florida State University College of Law, he was a recipient of the “Certificate of Outstanding Pro Bono Service” and the Book Award for “Florida Criminal Practice II.”
